No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please email or call our office to receive a return authorization number. |
For returns made 14 days from date of receipt, payment will be refunded less shipping and handling fee. If the product was shipped for free, then we will refund all but 15% of the cost. For returns made AFTER the first 14 days, items can be exchanged for the same product. You will arrange and pay for its shipment here. You will need to get a return authorization and send an additional $25.00 for us to ship your new product back. |
60 Day Warranty On All Products.
After 60 days we are not responsible for anything. After this much time,
any problems that occur with your product must be dealt with by the
manufacturer. (Your manufacturer probably has a much longer warranty.
If your product is still within their warranty, follow their policies on
return/refund. |
